Do you offer therapy in Spanish?

Yes. Bilingual care is central to what we do. Our licensed clinicians provide therapy and treatment in fluent Spanish, in person in Salt Lake City or online across Utah.

Where are you located and who do you serve?

We're in Salt Lake City and serve Salt Lake County, including Midvale, West Valley City, Sandy, and Murray, plus online care statewide (Provo, Ogden, and rural Utah).

Do you see children and teens?

Yes. We provide therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families, with parents involved in younger clients' care.

Do you take insurance?

We work with several major plans and offer transparent self-pay rates. We'll verify your benefits before your first visit. See our Insurance & fees page or contact us.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. We provide secure video therapy across Utah, with the same evidence-based care as in person.

How soon can I be seen?

We respond promptly to every request and prioritize timely scheduling, including for post-accident evaluations. Contact us for current availability.
